I have a problem that periodically occurs with the named users when they log into e-portfolio. I am using CE9 on a NT server running IIS. At random, users are reporting that they cannot log in to e-portfolio and they receive the error message:
There was an error retrieving data from the server: The user's Favorite Folder could not be opened.
It seems that the only way that I can get that user back in is to remove the user's account and recreate it. What might be causing this error?
