Problem IP transit

Hi. Our MD110 BC12 have a isdn tieline with an avaya pbx, and a ip trunk H.323 to other MD110 BC12.
When call from Avaya to the second MD110 doing ip transit it sounds bad, with noise.
How do I get that the speech quality in case of ip transit call get better?
