Problem -Inventory Inquiry- Lot Numbers

Hi All,
We see Lot numbers for all the Inventory Items in Inventory Inquiry even after shipping them. When we try to ship using Invoice data entry, it shows the correct Lot Numbers without showing the Lot Numbers which are shipped.

But our customer service uses the Inventory Inquiry for answering our customer's query's. Can someone Please advice us why the Inventory Inquiry shows the shipped Lot Numbers also.
