Hi,
I wanted to learn Powershell and discovered some Youtube vid tutorials. I'm using Win7 Pro 64-bit which has Powershell 2.0 installed. One of the vids instructed how to install the Windows Management Framework (WMF) 5.1, which would upgrade Powershell to 5.1, on a Win7 box. I downloaded same and tried installing, but it failed. I checked thru the 'Net and one of the suggestions was to ensure I have the right .Net framework which is at least 4.5.2. I have 4.7.2 framework installed on my machine.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this failure might have happened?
Thanks,
Vic
