PROBLEM INSTALLING WINDOW XP

I have P III 650 PCG 5291 sony notebook without cd and floppy drives
My window is corrupt so I need to install new, I have got USB floppy and USB CD drives but the system is not booting from them, can any body help me in this case,

Have you tried going into the BIOS setup and setting the Boot order to boot from USB?

Usually to get inot Bios you have to press either the delete key or F2 or even F10 when the machine starts UP. And is showing the Sony logo.
