Problem Installing SWB 2.1.15

We've run into a problem with Sales Workbench v 2.1.15

If you have a prior version installed, then the upgrade to the latest v2.1.15 works fine.

However, if you're doing a clean (first time) install of SWB it absolutely will not install. It hangs at 21% and eventually times out. We have tried this on 2 different machines.

Anyone else?

Where did you download the SWB from? There are 2 links to this SW. If you use the link through MOL you may be successful.
