Problem Installing SCO 5.0.5 on HP ML350 G4 Server 1

I have a problem installing sco open server 5.0.5 on a HP ML350 G4. I begins the instalation booting from the CD, using the EFS disquettes download from hp and using the next defbootstr as the documention of the EFS says:

boot:mem=1m-16m
boot:defbootstr link=lsil hd=Sdsk Sdsk=lsil(0,0,0,0) Srom=wd(0,0,0)

After the devices were checked and the initial screen of SCO appears with the list appears, a message of confirmation appear on the screen:

Press <Enter> to begin Installation

whe I press enter, I look a blue screen with the next message:

Starting Initial System Load from : Floppy Disk

The problem is that the installation doesn't initialize,
alltime the message appears until turn off, without installing something.

who can I fix this problem?

Do not use 5.0.5 on a xeon processor.
Minimum 5.0.6a.
5.0.7 installs just fine on these with efs 5.64
(we use the 641 raid controller for the boot disks, not the onboard lsi controller)
the lsi controller is new on the G4 where they had an ad160 on the G3's
