problem installing reporting services

I get an error at the end of the installation of the SQL reporting services developer edition on my client computer.

Service reportserver (Reportserver) Failed to start. Verify that you have
sufficient privileges to start the system services.

I can only retry or Cancel the installation. I tried to install again with the option to start the service at the end of the installation unchecked but i still got this error.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
