Problem installing Phone Manager

Somewhere in the Registry it still has the installation info. This is what needs to be removed.
I'm not going to tell you to start deleting things in the Registy because if you don't know what you're doing then you could stuff your computer completely!
Try System Mechanic from I've used that in the past and it's pretty good. If you know what you're doing in the Registry then you can get rid of it from there but be careful.

Add/Remove programs shows all apps install regardless of the user logged in.
Clearing the uninstall entry for that app in the Registry is the only way to get rid of it.
