Problem installing CR Server XI

Hi,

I am new to CR Server and am having problem with the installation. I am logged on as Administrator, but during the install I get the following errors when it is starting the services:

error 1920. service 'event server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'crystal reports job server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'input file repository server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'output file repository server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'crystal reports page server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'list of values job server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'web intelligence job server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'program job server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'report application server' failed to start
error 1920. service 'web intelligence report server' failed to start

After that I am then presented with a CMS Log Screen which has the following fields:

CMS : Development
User Name : Administrator
Password :
Authentication : Enterprise/LDAP/WindowsNT

I am installing on Windows 2003 Server using Remote Desktop. I have added my password and selected WindowsNT for authentication. However I cannot log on as it keeps saying user name or password is incorrect.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a default password to log on to CMS? Please help as I am pulling my hair out with this one, and haven't even got the product installed!
