I was trying to install Cisco VPN on a Windows 2000 machine, and it would not install due to Nortel Extranet Access Client already being installed. I tried to uninstall the Nortel product through Add/Remove Programs and it could not find the uninstall file. I then did a search to find all of the files related to the Nortel program, and deleted them. I was still unable to load Cisco VPN, so I deleted the file from the registry. Then, I tried the Cisco load again and it would not uninstall the Nortel product because it could not find the registry entry. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
