I am trying to install the Teechart Demo in delphi 2007. When i run the installer, it's telling me that delphi is running. I looked in the task manager and i do not see any codegear stuff running. I even tried in safe mode. I tried also to install the personal edition of absolute database and I got the same error but it did let me install it anyway. how can i find out if indeed delphi IDE is running? I am puzzled on this one.
