When run installation get message "can't find setup.dll file - error 103

I'm trying to load from original CD - didn't have this problem last time.

I know its large, but try copying the CD to a temp new folder your hard disk somewhere and run it from there, I had this problem before and this solved it, afterwards you can delete the copied temporary data/folders... Jay~

Try copying the setup.dll file to your system first.

If you are using NT, copy the file to C:\Winnt\system32\ and run the regsrv32 command:
(regsvr32 c:\winnt\system32\setup.dll)
to install the dll, then it should be recognized.
