Problem installing 5.0.7

I am setting up a new Dell 2600 with 5.0.7 to replace an existing 5.0.5 server.

Dell 2600
Dual 3.06 Xenon with 1 meg cache
3gig Ram
3 X 73g drives in Raid 5 using the embedded Perc4/di controller

1 I did a new install, linking the perc drivers, etc. and using the defaults including use all drive for Unix.
2 Set up video
3 loaded the Intel Pro/1000 driver

Rebooted several times with no problems.

I then installed Multi proc support and the patch disk.

Now it loads the perc driver, displays 2nd proc and then the display gets brighter and I get a
panic:

"out of inodes on HTFS dev hd(1/42)"

I can only start the system using unix.old

There appears to be plenty of space: /stand >35000 blocks.

Can anyone help?
