Problem install CIM 7 and MSDE

Hi all,
I'm trying to install CIM 7 with MSDE 2000 SP3. When I run the install I came to the screen when it asks for the password of the account. I give the password and then I have a message:
HP systems insight manager was unable to create the HP systems insight manager database
MSDE was installed by HP at the begining when It didn't detect any SQL password.
Any idea how to investigate that
