Problem in WINDOWS2000 Metaframe 1.8 SP2

Hi,
i have a serious problem in printing Citrix, my clients is PPP/RAS And ISDN, the problem is when printer various documents show the message error in the printer folder
Example:
CLient\User1#Epson LQ1070
ACD003 Printer Error Document1
ACD004 Queue Document2
ACD005 Queue Document3
the bad job don't have erase, i stop the spooler service and erased manually

I Have a Netfinity 3500 512 MB DDHH 20GB Windows 2000 SP1 Citrix ICA Metaframe 1.8 SP2

Have you installed a new printer driver recently? What printer drivers are running now? Have any other significant changes been made recently?

Print drivers are a likely cause of this problem, do you have alternate drivers you could use to test?

Hi,
i not install new drivers, i used windows default drivers for Epson printers.
I install epson drivers in my test server

Do these printers have a newer driver (from the Internet) that you can use for testing? Try Epson, there support staff may have seen this one before and offer assistance.

Alternatively, are these printers compatible with another generic driver e..g PCL or PostScript. Testing these may be the only solution.
