Hi
I'm developing a Web reports using Seagate's Crystal Reports(with the Web Component Server).
The reports are getting value from microsoft Access database which resides on the same machine where the reports are. I did create a html page which has links to various reports.

When I click the link by using a browser it shows the following error in the browser

"
Error encountered by Seagate Page Server

The error message returned is:

Internal error. Please contact your system administrator. [Connecting to Page Server: clientx.okena.com]

"
the links i gave in the html is
"
"

"reports" is the alias i created in the conf file for the directory where all the reports are.
It doesn't give error for all reports. for some reports it works fine and for someothers it give the above error.
If you could help me out to solve this problem that would be great.

And also for some reports when i try to refresh it ask for the access username and password in the browser.what should i do if i don't want the option for asking th username and password.
