problem in User configuration

hai,


i have successfully configured the cisco ip phone with the
cisco call manager 3.1(3a)

when i try assign a user to the cisco Ip phone i am getting the following error message?

User>add a User

Error Msg is:

could n't create user object.undefined
The Phone administrator is currently not allowed to add or delete Users.

I don't know how to solve these problem.

Make sure DC directory is installed, and if so, make sure it is active and sychronized with the CCM database.
