Problem in sending!

Im using ritht now the latest red hat which is 9.0, Then I try to up again my sendmail server, I really dont know why the sendmail doesn't allow me to send using Mail Program, but if I try to test in console.. everything is fine, I try to send by different server everythings fine.. Oncemore everytime I restart my pc I always receive an error with the sendmail.. that i need to..... I'm thinking the problem is the RedHat 9.0, is it true? I try to uninstall also the system does not allow me to uninstall the sendmail.. Please give me some advise, or any solution.. thanks.

thanks for the reply.. actually the problem ritht now, I cannot telnet my own domain with port 25, its connection refused.. i think thats the problem that why the server is doesn't allow me to send, but if i will try to telnet the localhost 25.. it will reply, its weird i really dont know what is the problem rite now, I already stop the iptable but still the same problem, any idea or any solution.. i appreciate.. thanks.
