Problem in running application in H3970

I have developed an application in Microsoft embedded Visual basic and is working fine in iPAQ H3870. But when I tried to run it on H3970, it crashed. For H3870, I created the installable using Arm processor. I think the processor in H3970 is different (i.e. PXA250). But I didn't find any option in the installation wizard for this processor.

First of all is the processor causing the application to crash as the application is for ARM?

If yes then what is the solution? How can I create an installable for PXA250?

P.S. I have used inbuilt Grid control in the application.
