Problem in reporting chart in SQL server

1) We have tried to export a report which connects to SQL server to doc format using the asp example as provided in the file:aspxmps85.exe (example: SimpleReportExport.exe) from Crystal Report offical page. No doc file can be generated after calling the asp.

2) We have tried to export a report which contains a chart to doc format using the asp example as provided in the file:aspxmps85.exe (example: SimpleReportExport.exe) from Crystal Report offical page. No doc file can be generated after calling the asp.

(The sample works well using the original rpt file)

Since you didn't share any specifics on how you attempted to do this in your .rpt, there's little I can offer beyond sympathies and to make sure that you have the latest patches installed.

If the supplied example works fine, the functionality shouldn't be in question, try posting the code used to export the report.
