I am getting the following error in the eventlog of my windows 2000 server.
I have Citrix metaframe installed on the system.
I am getting the error for all the users printing through Citrix.
C:\WINNT\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\UNIDRVUI.DLL error 1392.

Reinstall SP2 of windows 2000.

If this doesn't help, then you can do the following (when no users are on the server). This method erases all the current printers from the MF server.

Stop the spooler service.
Open regedit and remove (after exporting the keys for possible backup) the keys you find in
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Enviroments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3
Here the location to the drivers are noted.

Then remove all the files (after creating a copy of the files) from: C:\WINNT\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3

Now restart your spooler. You will find that there are no more printers available on the metaframe server. This is the best way to clean your server of all the drivers. You have to install the printers again, which users can use, so that the proper drivers will be installed in the spoolfolder.

Thanks for the Tip i will try the same.
