Problem in kx-ns520 shelf

Please can anyone tell me what is meaning of Extension in kx-ns520.. I install slc16 card on it so i get the error dif.. So what i have to do

Err dif normal means that there was another card installed or pre installed in that slot. If so you need to remove the card power up the system and delete the one in that slot

You could also get this error if it won’t accept that card in the slot. Check if you can install the slc with the other cards in the cabinet

Thanks mr obtsystem my problem is solved..! Just i remove the card and delete the preinstall one in the slot then i add the new one-(Mslc16) - and that is work.
