Problem in HHT in Micros

I have installed long time back 12 HHT in one of our client in client is using ver 4.1 HF3 all the HHT is working except 1
In HHT i am getting the error that "Unknown Card in Socket 1"

I have never come across this problem myself but this site seems to suggest an operating system reload will resolve the issue.

I was also thinking to reload the OS
Can anybody me how to reload to OS of Symbol MC50

Its PPT8800 how i can Retore ths OS for this

Have you tried resetting it to factory settings? (rh scan button + power button + reset button all together)?

Then copy across the McrsCal.cab from a persistent storage location i.e. \Platform
