Problem in Exporting For VCD

Hi
i am having a problem that after finisihing my work in premier6, when i am exporting the movie is having jerking. As i want to convert it to vcd the file format is mpg but this too is getting jerks. I had tried it with 352 * 288 resoultion and 25 fps. I think that it may be the matter of data rate but can not figure out the solution.Any one can help.

Your best bet is to output as AVI and download TMPegEncoder to make it vcd compliant.

Have you installed Ligos?
After completing project go to export and then load Pinnacle DV 500 vcd PAL(if you are using Pinnacle DV 500)or the codec supplied by your 1394 card. Then Export it to mpeg 1 and then burn vcd using standart software burner. I think it should work
