In my Windows 98 system, I get the following error when I click on the "Configure" button after selecting an existing System DSN. "Windows encountered an error when working with the ControlPanel file c:\windows\system\odbccp32.cpl" . I have replaced the above file by using the "sfc"(System File Check) program. The problem still persists. Can anyone help.

Hi,

Sounds as though you may have a corrupt ODBC, have you tried removing and reinstalling??

Are you able to add other System DSN ODBC connections, what happens in teh User DSN??
