Hi,
I have installed a Vb program in windows 98 and after installing it told me to restart the computer.I did it and while rebooting it is displaying a message on the blue screen .It shows exactly like this

A Fatal Exception 0E has occured at 015F : BFF91CC6.The current application will terminate.Press any key to continue or Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. You will loose any unsaved information.

After this i tried to restart for several times but each time it is displaying the same thing. Is my disk gone? Can i able to start it? I have got lot of important files on my disk.

Anyone PLEASE HELP me!!!!! PLEASE.......

Thanks in Advance

Anil

Did you try rebooting in safe mode? Press F5 after the BIOS Post completes on startup. That should get you in to repair the problem.

Ya i tried to reboot in safe mode, but even though it is showing the same blue screen giving the same message. Is my hard disk gone????
