problem in BC 10

Hello, We have one problem in one of our customer in BC10. When we remove a number from EX table (nanse:numtyp=ex,numse=xxxx) inmediately if they try to call to some extension the phone shows "destination does not exist" we send a LADAI command and all is ok again. Anu body has the same problem? Any idea?

It sounds as though somebody has edited the text that would normally say "Vacant Number". These can be seen with the KSTSP command:

KSTSP:STRNO=NOP9;

Mine is shown here as VACANT NUMBER.
