Problem in Account and Problem in Internet Mail Service

Hi all,
i hace a problem in Exchange Server 5.5 SP4, th eproblem is i don't erase a mailbox the error is :

Failed to delete the mailbox of /o=HERMES/ou=CHORRILLOS/cn=Recipients/cn=MVelasquez with error 0xfffff9bf.

I don't have idea, i think that problem is in the database but after run the eseutil command with /r option not solution the problem.

Other problem is in the IMS, in the Exchange administrator have a error after double click in IMS :

Extension SMTP could not be loaded
The specified moduled could be not found
Microsoft Windows NT
ID no: 0xc002007e
Abort Retry Ignore

When i selected ignore not show all function

Any IDEA???
