Problem in 5420D Digital Telephone

I have a problem.

When I connect a new digital phone (5420D) IPO500 platform, the following message "Please Wait" and not start, If I make another phone, which was already in use, it usually starts with the correct extension, If I put the phone 5420D in any port error repeats.

Is normal this delay? Your Phone has up to an hour and always with the message "Please Wait

Do you have the manager or a TFTP server running on the network, it sounds like it is looking for the bin file to upgrade from the 2.00 release to the 5.00 release.
