Problem Importing Rules into Outlook 2003

I am in the prcoess of changing computers and I just exported my Outlook rules from my old computer and imported them into my new one. Unfortunately, none of 500 or so rules imported correctly. It says no folder specified for all of my rules. Is there some way to import these rules correctly so I am not stuck with the unbearable task of having to re-enter all of the correct folders?

Please help!
