Problem importing modified report package in GP 10

In the referenced thread above, a user modified a report that was not the primary modified report and therefore not defaultable unless a second .set file was created.

To save the work he did the solution to export a modified report and paste it to the primary modified report then importing that back again was provided as this link:

When I attempt to re-import my primary modified report after swapping its text with the one I originally edited, it gives me the following error:

"Unable to open customizations dictionary."

I'm doing all this on the server GP is installed with the master account and I have no issues navigating to the actual reports.dic file or editing these reports in the report writer.

Any clue as to why I'm getting this error? Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems I was a bit premature to post this. After some more searching around I found a solution to this issue here:
