Hello,

Can anyone tell me what steps to take to implement this feature.

I know that you should set the MQCF prompt to yes in the ADS block. But i can't find anything about how to link the phantom of the agent to the agent-ID.

I looked in the MAX system (and NTP) and in de Meridian (and NTP), but I can't find anything about this last step of implementation.

Any one, any idea??

Example: Incomming did range from PSTN 1000 - 1999

1. Give your sets any extensionnumber. That should not be a DID number.

2. Make phantom numbers that has the DID number that the agents should have. (somewhere in the range of 1000 - 1999)
The DCFW prompt should be answerd with the extension that the DID number should be forwarded to when the agent isn't logged on. you must also have FTR CFW 4 in this example.

3. Change the ADS block to: MQCF = yes, MCFD = 1 (first digit in DID series)

4. Give the agents pin codes wich korresponds to their did number. If the agent should have DID number 1234, he or she should have pin code 234. The first 1 is already set in the ADS block.

What happends is:
The agent uses the pin code 234. MQCF is set to yes. The system adds the MCFD digit infront of the pin code.
the number becomes 1234. Is there a phantomnumber wich has 1234 as extension? YES (if we have made that).
The phantomnumber 1234 is callforwarded to the extensionnumber that the agents use when he/she enters the pin code.
