Problem highlighting in a pdf file

Ran into a strange problem with highlighting in a pdf file with Acrobat 5.0. Whenever we highlight a word, it will not print the highlight but it will outline the highlited word. It doesnt matter if we highlight in yellow or grey.

It doesnt matter which printer either, all printers have the same problem.

Next we upgraded to to acrobat professional 7.0. Now whenever we highlight something, it doesnt even print the outline.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

have you selected Print With Comments?

I dont think I have, where is this option located?

Look at File menu/Print with Comments or

When you get the Print window, look at Print What.
