Hi,

I have created a 'Superuser' within Active Directory and have made the user a member of the 'Administrators' security group. I have tried to login to Microsoft Exchange Server using this user and it gives me the error message:

You do not have permissions required to complete the operation

It then says:

ID no: DS_E_INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_RIGHTS

I presume I need to add some more security rights, can anyone help me?

When I am logged in with the 'Administrator' user I can login to Exchange.

Thanks

Tom

I'm not sure how you have this setup, but I believe the active directory users and the Domain users are not one in the same. I think you should be able to go into your exchange manager and add the active directory user 'superuser' in there, and you should be fine.

Good Luck,
SteelDragon
