Problem getting mandrake 7.2 to recognize SCSI card

I have an adaptech AHA1542cf SCSI host card no PNP. when installing 7.2 when i go to select SCSI driver it wont let me change the default dma channel the card is set to 5 options are 0 5 6 7 on the card bios mandrake's default is 4 how do i change this any help is good.

Does anyone know the correct syntax used when specifing options during the SCSI Portion of the install, or posibly where to go and look?
