Problem Exporting Crystal Report to Excel

I have a complex Cryatal report with data in rows like:
field1 ...field 2...field3...etc. Field3 is a memo field pulled from a database and is set to grow so when the report displays it looks like:
Row 1 field1...field2...field3
field3continued
field3continued.
Row 2 etc.

This is what was wanted but when the report is exported into Excel fielts 1 & 2 are on a single row while field3 takes up several rows like this.
Row 1 field1...field2...field3
Row 2...................field3continued
Row 3,..................field3continued.

I'd like it if field3 was in one cell on one row only and that cell then expands so all the text is wrapped into the single cell and row like the report.

Row 1 field1...field2...field3
field3continued
field3continued.
Row 2 etc.

Any suggesstions?

Which version of Crystal? It makes a lot of difference.

I'd also say that you need to add blank text items under Field1 and Field2
