Problem each time I open Word

Everytime I open up Word I get a message saying 'ADX Loader Error' The system file cannot be found....

I have tried re-installing Office and still the same message appears ? Has anyonecam accross this message before

Look for ann add-in in one of your apps. If not Word then Outlook. You may need to register a dll associated with ADX. Do you use add-in express?

I seen some web postings relating to the add-in express, though have never heard of it, will do a system search to check and make sure. We also don't use outlook. We use Lotus notes for email ??
