The server is UNIX and the client is Windows. The policy has two schedules - one for full backup and the other for differential incremental backup. The full backup is always through with status 0 (whether it is automatic or manual).
And the differential incremental backup always fails (with status code 13 - file read failed or 41 - network connection timed out). The backed up directories contain files that hardly change. I suspected that this could be the problem (as suggested by the troubleshooter) and incremented 'client connection timeout' and 'client read timeout' periods. Even then the incremental backup fails - staus code is 13 and it says 'socket read failed'. I am not getting the status code 41 anymore.
I have many other policies that take backup of different sets of data on the same client (both full and incremental) and all of them are always through. Help please!
