I've made a report based on a query. The problem i have is that when i create new records on my tables, allthough the query shows the new data, the report shows the old ones. Could someone help? Newbie here. Thanks guys in advance.

Hi,
My educated guess is that your join properties are not correct. To check this, right click on the line connecting the tables in your query, then select Join Properties. There will be 3 options, with the default being to select only those records where they match. One of the other options is to select all records from one table, and only those that match from another. This can be quite useful if you need to track the orders for a given product, where the product is no longer available. A query can be created that shows all Products, and all order details that correspond.
If this doesn't solve the problem, can you please respond back to this post with a bit more information? HTH, [pc2]
