Problem - Differences between IE and netscape 6.2

Hi,
I have a cascading style sheet class for some text, normal white text

/* Make text white with regular font settings. */
font.WhiteText { FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; COLOR="#FFFFFF"; }

but in netscape 6 the text comes out blue!!! Any ideas why?

Are you using this for links or other text that has a different color applied to it? Can I see the full code?
