Hi;

I want to provide access to some DN to the Domican Republic area code 809. I have added in my NPA the entry 1809 with RLI 7. The phone I whant to give access has setup NCOS 7. When I dial a phone like 1-809-221-XXXX I get a recording telling me the number cannot be complete as dialed, please check the number and dial again 131P. I talked to my long distance carrier and they tell me everything on their side is ok.

I checked the SPN and no entry for the 1809 exist. Also checked the NXX and there was an entry for the 809 I removed it (same result with or without it).

Also tried with the CLS TLD and UNR with the same result.

A copy of the DN follows, this is an Option 61 Rel 25;

BYPASS THE NARS, DIAL THE ACOD OF THAT ROUTE AND DIAL THE SAME NUMBER AND SEE IF YOU GET A RECORDING. IF SO ONCE AGAIN YOUR VENDOR HAS LIED TO YOU.

Perrypj;

I am newbie on Nortel how can I;

BYPASS THE NARS?

DIAL THE ACOD OF THAT ROUTE AND DIAL THE SAME NUMBER?

Thanks

PRINT THE RDB OF THE ROUTE, LOOK FOR THE ACOD. THERE IS A NUMBER BESIDE IT, SET YOUR PHONE FOR UNR IN THE CLS AND THEN DIAL THAT ACOD NUMBER FOLLOWED BY YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER

I followed your instructions and I used both of the routes and the called was completed successfully, any recomendations on how to fix this issue ( of course beside changing the PBX programmer )

Thanks.

Print the NPA in LD90 and its associated RLI. MAke sure that you have no DMI table set in the Route List Index

I printed the RLI and there is no association to DMI is set to 0.
