Problem dialing any ext. from Aastra DBC 4422 connected to Asterisk

I have created a sip extension and configured a Aastra DBC 4422 phone (with latest SIP aplication and boot version, R7M&R3T1) to connect to the asterisk. I can dial the SIP phone from SIP based soft phone (x-lite) and the sound works both ways. But I can't set up a call from the Aastra DBC 4422.

Please, may someone help me resolving this problem.

If you browse into your aastra phone. Check the local dialplan, usually under preferences.

The phone is aastra DBC 4422 (owned by ericsson) and I dont find any local dial plan on their config file.
Please, I need help finding it.

Per the web, one person says that it can be configures with a config file. Also says they are using R7H firmware in the phone.

I know that it configured with config file but I dont know how to configure it.
As it works with R7H version, I think it must work also with latest version R7M.
