Problem Dequeuing messages Any pointers?

I am very rusty on Postfix

I have a postfix server that uses config files stored in mysql.

When I try to send an email it sits in the mail queue and never goes.....I'm using mailq to view.

Any pointers or starter appreciated.

The queue entries displayed by mailq usually have a message about why they're queued. Anything in your logs?
