I am trying to understand how to delete a Record from a MySQL table using php Server Behaviours on DWmx2004 .
I have two pages: Page 1 (ck_insert.php) lists organisations from a field on the MySQL table. Next to each name is a text link "Delete" which leads to Page 2 (ck_delete.php).
My href link from page ck_insert.php to ck_delete.php reads:
<a href="ck_delete.php?scrap=<?php echo $row_rstSix['ck_pk']; ?>">
(ck_pk being the auto-incrementing primary key field in the MySQL table.)
On the second page the selected organisation appears in the phrase "Do you want to remove (organisation_to_be_deleted) from the database?" .
Then I've put in a checkbox with Name of "gone" and Checked value of "gone".
Next is a Button Named "Submit" with a label "Delete"
The correct variable is being transferred to Page 2, but then when I click the button to delete the Record the deletion does not occur..

The entries are clearly incorrect, as the system has not yet achieved the goal of deleting a record and returning me to the first page. I'd be very grateful for help in sorting this out, and tell me where I can find a clear explanation of how I am supposed to undertake this important task. So far what I have read has left me confused, as you can see!
