problem deleting file

Hello,

WE have a user that seems to be having problem when deleting or overwriting a file . It comes up with this msg :
Cannot overwrite PCP200121: Cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and filename.

We use Novell 411. The files are shared from another computer, and when she reboots both computer then it allows her to over-write / delete. But is there another way of fixing this problem.

What is the purpose of these files? It sounds like they are still in use.

Hello,

These files gets updated daily .She uses crystal reports and these files are in pdf format . (acrobat writer)
