Hi,

We are trying to delete one analog extension number in TSE 3.1 but the system is not allowing us to continue. Once we issued EXTEE:DIR=xxxx; it will just show WAIT..WAIT..WAIT FAULT INTERRUPT..RELOAD REQUESTED.

We have tried to block the equ port of this extension but still encountered the same error. Other analog extensions don’t have this issue, we can delete right away. Any idea how can we delete this extension number? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
looks like a data-corruption and problem is still dumped.
1.) you have 5 backups, one way is to reload the system with an older backup. maybe the problem is not dumped on an older backup.
2.) an other way is to make a PC-Regen and prepare the system with DVD (new insallation) and sending customer data.
(this is the "safety way" to success.)
3.) an other way is to solve this corruption by editing the corrupted file in the latest backup. (this is for specialist only)
the involved prog. unit can be seen in the log of "trace 0". (after EXTEE a faulty signal should occure)
(I think there is still a link from extension to a group, but group do not exist anymore, or link from group to extension is wrong)
4.) contact Aastra for help. (TeamTrack (technical consultancy))
best regards,
Norbert
