Problem delete single line key

Scenario: I get an error when delete a single line key ( Users are associated with this Hosted Service)
any idea?

Check your Telephone Directory in forms. I believe you will find a Name Associated with the Single Key number. Just delete the Telephone Directory entry and the single key should be able to clear
