Problem Creating a Graph

I have been asked to create a report that displays a line graph, but after much banging head on desk, I still cannot work out how to display the graph correctly. I have a database with the following columns names year2a, year3a, year4a, year5a, year2bq, year3bq, year4bq, year5bq etc. Each number in the column name represents a different year and each letter represents a different data series, with the values holding the values for the graph, after much trying I have been unable to create the lines to include the seperate columns.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem will be greatly appriciated.
