Problem copying and pasting

Hi, Im having a bit of a weird issue. I am unable to copy anything(text, graphics, etc) from Pagemaker 7 to any other windows application. I can copy and paste within pagemaker documents but anytime I copy text or images within pagemaker and attempt to paste it into photoshop, word etc, the paste option is completely greyed out.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Why would you want to go to Photoshop or Word from Pagemaker, when generally files are going the other way? Word docs and Photoshop images are placed into PM to create a layout -- that's what it's for.
